Hi, I’m Noah. And before anything else—thank you for being here.
Not just for visiting this page, but for saying yes to the quiet nudge that brought you here.
Because if you’re reading this, there’s a part of you that already knows:
you’re ready for something deeper.
Let me tell you something I don’t always lead with.
I wasn’t always this grounded. I wasn’t always this sure.
I grew up in Israel, in a beautiful, connected community—
a kibbutz—where I felt safe, supported, surrounded.
But when I was eleven, we moved to the U.S.
Everything I knew was taken away.
I didn’t speak the language. I was bullied. I felt small.
And home? Home wasn’t safe either.
That season of my life taught me how to disappear, even when people were looking right at me.
But something inside me—something deeper—refused to let that be the end of my story.
I made a decision when I was just a teenager:
My adulthood will be mine. I will break the cycle. I will choose my life.
I didn’t know how at the time.
But I kept walking.
And over the years, through years of healing and truth-telling and asking for help—even from God—I found my way back to myself.
I call it the 3G Effect:

That’s the foundation of my life, my work, my book, my podcast, and every event I pour myself into—including this one.
